Upcoming Region Events
Region V holds general meetings three times a year – November, March, and at the TJCSGA State Convention.
First meeting November 14
Register Here
Deadline to Register is November 12th, 2025. If you unable to register through the link above but do wish to attend by paying dues and registration the morning of the meeting, please reach out to [email protected] and let us know how many advisors and delegates to expect.
Region Dues must be paid by November 1st, 2025, the same link above will provide you with the option to make payment. Institutions who fail to pay dues by November 1st, 2025, will forfeit their voting rights at the Fall region meeting. If your institution requires payments to be made via check, please reach out via email so accommodations can be made.
Second Meeting March 27
Third Meeting April 16 - 19
This year’s conference is about rebuilding and re-engaging all Region V schools and welcoming everyone back to face-to-face meetings. After welcoming everyone, we will begin with our Guest Speaker. We will have three breakout sessions. Students will have the opportunity during lunch to network with other student leaders. The conference will end with the General Assembly.

State annual dues deadline is March 1, 2026
Every spring, SGAs from all 6 Regions congregate in once place for an intensive state weekend. This weekend encompasses excellent leadership trainings, state committees, award opportunities, and general assembly meetings for the entire state. Please make sure you review the state dues and also look at the committees that students may participate in.
